Women of Will runs various training programmes to help transform the lives of disadvantaged women.
To equip women with the necessary skills needed to run their businesses, they are trained in an Entrepreneurial Development Programme and taught the basics skills of managing a business, including financial management, marketing, and communications.
Upon completing the programme, the women are given micro-loans and begin the process of setting up and registering their company.
Women Of Will provides beneficiaries with skills training programs that focus on developing practical skills such as sewing, cooking, and baking. The sessions are focused on improving beneficiaries’ skills so that they may create higher quality products that are more competitive in the marketplace.
Skills training programs are conducted in a series of stages with beneficiaries first learning basic skills before moving on to more advanced skills.
Each woman is assigned a business coach and mentor for 6 to 12 months to guide them and help them make the most of the micro-loans they receive. Women Of Will works hard to ensure that they have the support needed to develop a sustainable business, as well as help them lead balanced and wholesome lives.
Business coaches are made up of volunteers who have undergone a prior workshop run by Women of Will.
