Summary of WOW’s Impact Story
This is WOW's first Impact Story, an inspiring journey of an organization dedicated to uplifting Malaysia's low-income women entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship and community development. Since 2016, WOW has empowered 170 women at PPR Lembah Subang with the support of our partner Yayasan Hasanah,
This book highlights how WOW's interventions have transformed the lives of community members, from training programs that equip women with essential business skills to leadership initiatives fostering community-driven projects.
As a result of these efforts, WOW has significantly increased household incomes, with 49% of households moving from the B40 to M40 category, and nurtured a new generation of women leaders. This powerful documentation showcases success stories, data-driven impacts, and the unwavering spirit of women who have become catalysts for change in their communities.
Through strategic partnerships and a community-based approach, WOW is not just empowering women but paving the way for sustainable development across Malaysia.
