Micro-credit Financing

To date Women Of Will has transformed the lives of 600 disadvantaged women in Klang Valley through micro-credit financing programs. In addition to helping beneficiaries develop a sustainable source of income, Women Of Will also empowers beneficiaries to use their repayment funds as a source of funding to implement their own Community Projects.

Business Loans

These women have received loans and started micro-enterprises with them. Based on our Impact Study conducted in 2015, on average each woman has an increase of 30% in their household income. We continue to support our beneficiaries by coaching them and providing them with additional skills training, entrepreneurship training, networking opportunities and events where they may sell their products.

Business Coaching

Each woman is assigned a business coach and mentor for 6 to 12 months to guide them and help them make the most of the micro-loans they receive. Women Of Will works hard to ensure that they have the support needed to develop a sustainable business, as well as help them lead balanced and wholesome lives.

Business coaches are made up of volunteers who have undergone a prior workshop run by Women of Will.

Entrepreneurship Training

To equip women with the necessary skills needed to run their businesses, they are trained in an Entrepreneurial Development Programme and taught the basics skills of managing a business, including financial management, marketing, and communications.

Upon completing the programme, the women are given micro-loans and begin the process of setting up and registering their company.

Skills Training

Women Of Will provides beneficiaries with skills training programs that focus on developing practical skills such as sewing, cooking, and baking. The sessions are focused on improving beneficiaries’ skills so that they may create higher quality products that are more competitive in the marketplace.

Skills training programs are conducted in a series of stages with beneficiaries first learning basic skills before moving on to more advanced skills.
